UGAS - UML to GML conversion
Two tools exist to facilitate GML Profile development, HollowWorld and ShapeChange.
Hollow World is a environment to enable specialists in a domain that utilizes geospatial information (GI) to develop an information model for their application domain, which conforms to international standards for interoperable GI. A model developed in this framework can be easily transformed into a GML-conformant XML Schema.
OGC has supported the development of ShapeChange, an ISO 19109-compliant UML application schema to GML application schema (UGAS) conversion tool.
This software was development by OGC member Interactive Instruments during the OWS-3 testbed in 2005. More information can be found here:
