UGAS - UML to GML conversion
OGC recently supported the development of ShapeChange, an ISO 19109-compliant UML application schema to GML application schema (UGAS) conversion tool.
This software was development by OGC member Interactive Instruments during the OWS-3 testbed in 2005. More information can be found here:
