The emphasis of this GEOSS workshop was to highlight the elements of the GEOSS 10 Year Implementation Plan that build on the principals of GSDI. Emphasis will be place on GEOSS Societal Benefit Areas that relate to the theme of GSDI-9: “Spatial Information: Tool for Reducing Poverty.”
