[GML Tools] Is it possible to see the GML 2.1.2 Validator source code?

I would like to explore the GML 2.1.2 Validator's source code... is it possible to obtain it?

I have checked with Galdos

I have checked with Galdos who wrote and licenced the GML 2.1.2 Validator.  Our license is non-transferable so we are not able to share it.
