bbox-pixel-interpretation

Hi all,
I am trying out to clear WMS-Basic level and just left with only this 'bbox-pixel-interpretation' test case.
Could anyone plz help me out of this....not able to interpret the assertion(what the engine is expecting).
If I add a non-white border to the image than won't the size of the image incease by 2 pixels in height n 2 pixels by width??? and won't the position of the origin of the image gets shifted to (1,1) rather than (0,0)??

just hoping for a suggestion...
