Wind Energy scenario overview

This scenario describes analysis and decision support tasks for siting wind mills for electrical energy in China.

The larger Area of Interest -1 (AOI-1) includes most of China.  The smaller area of interest (AOI-2) is focused on Hainan Dao island.
